As a people business, we acknowledge our responsibility to care for the health and wellbeing of the people we work with, whilst reducing our environmental impact. It is our goal, as a collective, to help people thrive and to protect the planet for generations to come. We’ve never strayed from our core values, committing to sustainable development and environmental responsibility from day one.

Our People

Reflection X was founded with a passion for nurturing people, whether part of our team or the people we support when progressing careers. We do this by adopting wellbeing practices in everything we do, providing mental health support where necessary and encouraging value driven behaviours to promote positive mental, social and physical health.

Our Planet

We strive to do better to protect our planet by adopting sustainable solutions, measuring our impact and being transparent about our practices. Recruitment isn’t typically associated with sustainability. We hope to change that by learning, sharing our knowledge with our industry peers and taking action.

Responsible Partnerships

Our ‘seal’ is a visual statement that demonstrates our commitment to wellbeing and sustainability. By embracing new technologies and work practices, we aspire to be the most sustainable talent partnership agency. We are proud to use the seal across our communications as a marker of our commitment and by making this statement, we hope to inspire our partners and the recruitment industry to adopt similar practices.

Our Sustainable Journey

We recognise that we are on a journey as individuals, a company and a collective. It’s our aim to deliver a positive impact in all areas of sustainability where possible, whilst considering a life-cycle approach to consumption. Ultimately, we are striving to reduce the impact of our business to operate as close to zero as possible. We will measure our moves over time so we can truly see the difference we are all making and assess our progress transparently.
