🔹 What features would you like to add to the WHM app?
It would be lovely if when you hold your breath you could choose to listen to a short guided meditation so your mind can wander while you hold. Also it would be great to have a more visual or easy-to-read section explaining the direct health benefits really simply. " Jordan, Head of Talent Search
It would be awesome to have a journalling section or maybe a note you can add after you get your result to help you remember the journey. Also you could have a ranking of stress levels before where you could click on an icon 1-10 and then repeat after to show the levels of stress reduction after the breathing exercises.
